Who are you guys?

We are a small team of people based in Singapore with a passion for furry, warm bodies and beautiful designs. Our conceptualization of Paws & Pine seek to embody the eco friendly and natural ethos we firmly believe in while keeping in mind comfort for your furkid. We believe that each piece in our catalogue will contribute to making your home a warm and modern one.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via GooglePay, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypal.

Is it safe to put my personal details and credit card details?

All our credit card payments are handled by Paypal and Stripe. We have no record of your credit card details in our website. We will also never share your personal information with any third party, not use it for any marketing purposes, unless you agree to it.

 How long will the item arrive?

If you are in Singapore, and there is existing stock in our warehouse, it will take between 3 - 5 working days to deliver. Outside of Singapore, that really depends on the shipping option you choose.

Where do you ship to?

Being based in Singapore, we can deliver to anywhere within the country. Local shipping is free if your invoice is more than $70. If you want to get the items to be shipped to a place outside of the region, and you can't find any options to give you a shipping quote on our checkout page, or you would like to explore your options, you may email us at hello@pawsandpine.com.

Do you provide overseas shipping?

What is the return/refund policy?

New and unopened items can be refunded within 7 days of delivery for store credit. For Refunds and Refunding Enquiries, email us at hello@pawsandpine.com
